I confirm that I own the vehicle or am legally authorised to register it; all information and documents supplied are genuine and current; the vehicle, permit, insurance, fitness, pollution certificate, driver licence and other legal requirements will remain valid for every accepted trip; Flying Hands acts as a booking and coordination intermediary and does not guarantee bookings or income; I may accept or decline each trip before assignment; fare, commission, payout, cancellation and trip terms will be confirmed separately; I am responsible for the vehicle, driver conduct, safety, maintenance and legal compliance; I will immediately report any accident, suspension, expiry or change in availability; I consent to private KYC storage, verification and service communications; and I accept this agreement electronically by typing my legal name and submitting the form.
